Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté the shallot and green pepper until softened.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the crumbled bacon, sautéed shallot and green pepper, and shredded cheese.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
